SERVICE PLUS and SALES PLUS use a true empowerment and blended-learning approach to performance change. We combine mentoring, coaching and training. The on-site training cycle implements a process of self-study, one-on-one training, on-the-job skill use and coach's feedback. The cycle is repeated during a series of comprehensive skill-building modules. The self-study is available in two formats: computer-based training or programmed-learning workbooks.

The video development cycle incorporates taped skill practice, self review and Coach's feedback. Then, the exclusive BANKTEAM and RMG perpetual success cycle adds built-in follow-up that is another giant step ahead of traditional training programs. Mentoring and coaching puts the power of positive change directly into the hands of each manager and employee.

Many of our clients select our fully customized training material option. We collect the needed input to fully customize the training material to include the features and benefits of your unique services and to meet your special needs. Thus, the new training system also installs an ongoing product knowledge training process. We complete the customization of your training material. You review, make revisions and approve the final version.

The self-study portions of SERVICE PLUS™ and SALES PLUS™ are available in two formats: computer-based training or programmed-learning workbook. The CBT delivery options make learning enjoyable, interesting and effective. The computer-based training format includes a unique blend of interactivity, graphics, audio, self-testing and humor to enhance skill retention.
