modules. The self-study is available in two formats: computer-based training or programmed-learning workbooks.
The video development cycle incorporates taped skill practice, self review and Coach's
feedback. Then, the exclusive BANKTEAM and RMG perpetual success cycle adds built-in
follow-up that is another giant step ahead of traditional training programs. Mentoring and
