For over 30 years we have provided proven service quality and sales results for our clients. Our consulting and service team

Robert W. Brown is the Founder and President. He is a past President of The American Institute of Banking, Arizona Chapter and Certified Instructor Trainer for The American Bankers Association Instructional Skills Training Programs. Bob has been a guest Instructor for the American Bankers Association, Institute of Financial Education, American Institute of Banking and the National Association of Bank Women. He brings over thirty years of training and development experience, including the Manager of Training and Development at The Arizona Bank.

Christine Bailey is the Director of Product Quality and Marketing. Christine has over ten years of experience working in a variety of industries, including banking, publishing, healthcare and non-profit/trade. Christine has been involved in the writing, editing, design and production of various publications and materials including educational items, sales and marketing
collateral, newsletters, magazines and books. She is a published author and has extensive experience in the sales and marketing arena. Christine manages training material customizations, client updates, and production and delivery of our systems as well as marketing for the company.


Linda Lindquist is Special Projects Consultant. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive desktop publishing and marketing design expertise. Linda oversees the design of new products, enhancements to existing products and creation of special employee development systems that support the special needs of our clients.

 

Bruce John is the Managing Director of Australian Customer Service And Sales Solutions. ACSA Sales Solutions is the sole distributor of BANKTEAM and RMG training systems in Australia and New Zealand. Mr. John has been in the Australian customer service and sales business for twenty-six years. He has extensive management experience in the sales management of financial services, finance, home loan and call centres. Bruce has successfully implemented RMG training systems in Australia, including his key role in the RACV Ltd (Royal Automobile Club of Victoria) winning the 1997 Australian Customer Service Award. The judges made key references to the comprehensive RMG training programs used to enhance and continually build the customer service ethos at RACV. Bruce formed ACSA Sales Solutions to expand the RMG Training Company systems into the Australasian marketplace.

Maia Tsereteli is the Founder and Executive Director of KMS Georgia, a HR Consulting firm serving Eurasia. KMS Georgia is a Certified Business Partner of RMG Training Company & BANKTEAM. Her experience includes working in International organizations and diplomatic mission, of which eight years have been in the hospitality industry in Georgia as Director of Human Resources and as a Hotel Manager.



Australian Customer Service And Sales Solutions

ACSA Sales Solutions, headquartered in Melbourne, is the exclusive distributor of BANKTEAM & RMG training systems in Australia and New Zealand. Training materials are uniquely designed for the Australian and New Zealand marketplaces. Distinctive industry-specific versions are available for the Australian Credit Union and Banking industries.


KMS Georgia
KMS Georgia, a Certified Business Partner of RMG Training Company & BANKTEAM, is a Georgian/American partnership based in Tbilisi, Georgia. KMS Georgia offers comprehensive HR management services that includes; Human Resources Consulting, Training, Recruiting, Employment Outsourcing and Partnerships between Employers and Educational Institutions.
